Deepening Intimacy
1 PM – 5 PM
In this group we will continue to explore how to deepen intimacy with ourselves and others. You will be invited to continue to let go of any shame and guilt around your sexuality so you can fully express yourself and re-awaken to your full potential. There will be a mixture of breathwork, movement, discussions and more in the group. Participants will be invited to offer and receive conscious, loving touch with each other in a safe and sacred space.
This is a clothing optional group.
Please bring a clean towel or sarong. You may also want to bring your own water bottle, cushion to sit on (these are provided but bring your own if you want extra comfort) and a blanket you can use for any meditations.
Please note any new members wishing to join this group will be required to attend an introductory session with us first.
